Had a good session at the gym today (been a good hard week) ended with some body sparring - good practice for hitting, moving, taking hits etc but truth be told I struggle to predict the opponents hits or see openings so I just throw and move and hope I dont get hit hard haha!
All good though, as is happening alot, for every thing I learn I realise how much further I've got to go.
Oh yeah, I'm weighing in at 78kgs now so the weight is slowly but surely falling off - 3 kgs to go to get to my goal of 75.
* These are some of the youngsters that I train with on the regular (its pretty humbling to be 20 years older than most of them and having to try desperately to keep up =P
